The Role
Our Customer Solutions team delivers a positive multi-channel customer experience through the effective fulfilment of orders and resolution of customer queries.
The role will allow you to grow and will keep you engaged.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient delivery of customer orders and effective resolution of issues
- Provide customers with timely responses to digital, social, chat and telephone-based requests and effective resolution of complaints
- Manage third party sales and payment channel enquiries and facilitate the resolution of issues
- Identify and escalate any website defects to trigger corrections and reduce reputational risk or financial loss
- Escalate issues in line with established processes and provide information and input for business investigations, as required
- Work closely with stores and other teams to facilitate resolution of issues, as required
Requirements:
- Must be able to work on a rotating roster (public holidays and weekend work will be required)
- Proven customer service skills and Customer Service experience
- Ability to multitask and follow process
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Intermediate computer and numerical skills required
- The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
